Hi there,
Thanks for developing this tool. I have been running through the manual provided on the Github page, using the same data and code you have provided; however, I get different results than what you have shared on your Github page. I was wondering why that is the case? For example, I get the best topic number to be 6 (not 5), and my heatmap and network all changed as a consequence of that (see below screenshots)...
