  • generate preview image for uploaded videos
  • show preview image in feeds
  • click to play videos in popover (for browser-supported formats)
  • convert non-browser-supported video formats
    • support for conversion to AV1 mp4 with ffmpeg
    • add ffmpeg to build/deploy
    • schedule conversions to happen async (and only federate once they're ready?)
