Consider how a list of all event locations could be served to the frontends and how this could even be enriched with additional data.

Please do not change the base data structure here, location data is duplicated very much on purpose when collecting and should not be deduplicated or replaced by relational data. Discuss with @Yolgie for more insight here and poke him to finally document some of the architectural decisions -> see #149
