Duplication checking

I think this is finally ready for production use with this duplication checking! 😄

New Environment variables

Mostly cleaned them up to reduce confusion and double input

Docker instructions

This update mainly includes things like reset_database.py as well as implementing the change of having the image built on Docker Hub rather than having to build it locally.

This also includes an updated README file to allow for easier deployment initially on a server.
