'XamarinAliases.MDToolSetup(ICakeContext)' is obsolete' #21

When using Cake.Xamarin 2.0.1 I've got the warning CS0618: saying:

'XamarinAliases.MDToolSetup(ICakeContext)' is obsolete: 'Use VSToolSetupRunner instead.'

Note that im not using the MDToolSetup in that cake script.
