Math content not displayed properly on page /user_guide/tails.html

Since update of readthedocs page. Math is not displayed properly. Attaching a screenshot from /user_guide/tails.html

adding onto this: still broken. I built the page locally and the math renders. docs doesn't get built in CI so I'm not sure what the process is for refreshing docs

hmm, will have to take a look. Docs are built by readthedocs which is triggered by commits to master. My guess is we're missing some dependency in the environment built over there. They have a set of logs I can dig into.
