請寫一個副程式尋找函數的最低點，首先尋找函數 x^2 + 4x - 8 的最低點，然後再用該副程式來尋找函數 x^4 - 10x^3 + 20x^2 + 5x + 7 的最低點，看看是否能成功找到最低點。

請寫一個副程式尋找雙變數函數的最低點，尋找函數 x^2 -2x + y^2 +2y - 8 的最低點
