UPPERCASE or lowercase for memory unit #523

For some VMs the MEMORY is displayed with small 'g' and for some with large 'G'.

Its probably because its written that way in a config.

IMHO it would look better if vm(8) command would decide to user UPPERCASE or lowercase version for all.
