feature request - maximum number or combined duration of byo-yomi periods

related to issue #375 - to avoid matches with large numbers of byo-yomi periods being counted as "blitz". Alternatively, the limit could be on the product of the number of periods by the duration of the periods, to allow configurations like 18 * 10 s which would arguably be just as "blitz" as 3 * 60 s.

I can't work on that but that would be ok to add a maximum byo-yomi time.

As for the "product" idea I don't know. I guess it's ok but sounds a bit like a trick.

Cleanest way would be to add new fields max_byo_time and max_n_byo.

UI wise it would be cool to have some sliders for main time, byo time and number of byo time.
