Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently when an action is triggered, it is not possible to read the event logs.

Describe the solution you'd like

A page in the UI where the events are listed and if chosen the logs for a single event are shown.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None

None.

The endpoint is broken for 3.4.0 since we don't log to individual files anymore.

In case the event log is not known by get_event_log a question mark is returned.
