I met with the abatement team today and made some updates to this list. My notes to developers are in brackets. Let me know if you have questions. Thank you!!!

We are currently planning on focusing on the Priority Zone from 12th to 39th Streets along Prospect and four blocks east and west of Prospect.
This tool will serve a few functions:

  1. Pre-abatement inspections and area survey
  2. Track abatement work and locations of graffiti
  3. Post-abatement inspection
  4. Track time spent on activities
  5. If time allows, an externally facing app where people can report graffiti

Data fields for #2. Track abatement work and locations of graffiti [can we save data with the ability to enter more data or edit data at a later date?]
Date (can this be automatically populated?)

Date of Contact with Owner [date field]
Owner Name [Can all of this owner information be pre-populated from the City’s Parcel Viewer database and the Rental Registration list? That would be awesome!!]
Owner Phone
Owner Email

Tenant Name
Tenant Contact Phone or Email

Owner Waiver Completed [Can we have the owner sign the waiver in the app? That would be awesome!!]

Reduce graffiti and vandalism and the reoccurrence
Reduce amount businesses and residents have to spend on abatement

Thanks for the list!

For the person working on this, do not worry about doing it all in one pull request! This will be split up into several issue!

TO ADD LATER

  • Building Owner Survey Questions on their satisfaction (more questions to come)
Would you continue service if you had to pay for it?

Would be great if we could have a report generated:

  1. abatement needed list - locations of graffiti that need to be abated. Marlon could go out and do an inspection sweep of the area location all graffiti to be abated at a later date.
  2. abated list - locations of graffiti that has been abated in a certain date period
  3. report by address - pictures and history of graffiti and abatement

Generate letter to owner with a copy of the waiver they signed and then CPTED recommendations.

@AmandaWilsonKC Can you be more descriptive of what the evidence is?

Shoot @JakeLaCombe, I don't remember what Marlon and I were thinking with capturing and describing evidence. I guess you can skip that one.
