The French translation doesn't make any sense:

Toute donnée secondaire ou dérivée (par exemple, des cartes ou des modèles statistiques de groupe) ne pourra être partagée qu’au niveau du groupe, et non déduite d’informations individuelles.

and I'm not certain the original English text does make sense either:

When sharing secondary or derivative data (e.g. group statistical maps or templates), I will only do so if they are on a group level, and cannot be deduced information from individual participants.

I suggest changing:
and cannot be deduced information from individual participants
to:
and information from individual participants cannot be deduced

Thoughts?

+1 English -- I'm thinking running DeepL on all translations at some point and ask to review revision

+1. Here is a proposal for the French translation ensuing the English rewording :
Toute donnée secondaire ou dérivée (par exemple, des cartes ou des modèles statistiques de groupe) ne pourra être partagée qu’au niveau du groupe, sans permettre de déduire d’informations individuelles supplémentaires

I am still puzzled. I understand that secondary or derivative data should "be on the group level", meaning they should be aggregate data and not individual data, which is indeed the case for group statistical maps or templates. The translators understand that secondary or derivative data should "be shared on the group level", meaning shared within a group (which one?).

I feel the original English text is unclear:

if they are on a group level

@CPernet What do the original authors mean by "secondary or derivative data that are on a group level"?

In any case I find "to be on a group level" is too vague and should be replaced by a (longer?) sentence that conveys precise ideas. Could some native speaker help once the intent of the original authors is explained?

My suggestions for the English text:

  • If the French translators' understanding is correct:

When sharing secondary or derivative data (e.g. group statistical maps or templates), I will only do so if they are shared within the group (which one?), and information from individual participants cannot be deduced.

  • If my understanding is correct:

When sharing secondary or derivative data (e.g. group statistical maps or templates), I will only do so if they are aggregate data, and information from individual participants cannot be deduced.

+1 aggregated data rather than group (c'est plus logique peut importe la langue)
