As briefly mentioned in #9 we probably should start using http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/intl.html -- the internationalization (i18n abbreviation in Debian) support in sphinx -- to provide consistent (with versions, see #27) translations

note: proper or not but split into per-translation file (#43 implemented by #46) should help in this regard. #42 will also help to identify which files would need an update of translations. I will close this issue whenever #42 is addressed since I am not sure if we would come up with a more "proper" solution
