Disabled PDF build on RTD (Advanced Settings) so we get HTML build pass/published. Eventually we should probably bring PDF back, but it is of no urgency.

Dear @con people who are verse with sphinx -- could someone help with making PDF version of the OBC render? I would love to add it to be distributed from the booth at upcoming OHBM and the time is scarce :-/
