mimetype ignored if "open from" photos or drive on android #27

-If i choose to open a file from photos or drive from the drawer menu i can pick any filetype i want.
-If i choose from another location (ie: nternal storage) the mimetype filter is respected

expected behavour: always respect the mimetype setting in getFile(mimetypes)
