Choosing CSVs on GDrive using Android

When I set the media type to "text/comma-separated-values" (which is the format required for Android) I can select .csv files on the local device but on GDrive the .csvs are greyed out and can't be selected.

If I use "/", then I can select any file type on GDrive including .csv and types, like "application/json" allow selection of these types of file on both local and GDrive
