PDF documentation build failed #1

The PDF documentation of the project can be generated with the following commands:

cd docs
make latexpdf

At the moment, the documentation build fails due to a problem in the MAX30101_Reg.h API description. This is probably due to the presence of tables which cannot be properly rendered in the pdf.
