Implement $this attribute

Implement a feature, where an attribute $this whose value is an array is updated, whenever a file is loaded.
At the same level as $extends (or $includes), insert an attribute $this whose value is an array.
Insert a full path to the file as an element of the attribute at the beginning of the array.

This will be useful for error reporting.
