Package styles break vuetify button (icon/fab) background colors

If I update my project to vuetify version 2.4.1 or higher, backgrounds of (icon/fab) buttons are incorrect. I narrowed it to this package as origins of the styles that overwrite the native vuetify button-styles.

Is this package still being maintained? I would like to use it, since it offers nice functionality which in my opinion is missing in vuetify itself.
