User prompt to confirm deletion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There must be a prompt for when the user decides to delete the ticket. In case there's a mistake.
You can't really go wrong with a prompt.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use tkinter's innate prompt and the '\a' sound effect in order to signal a prompt.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In CLI, we will have a double check in text-based only. No sound effect either.
