Can someone please explain to me what each of the equipment tags mean/are used for?

I understand the junk and keep ones, and how sync locks lock keep tags, but I haven't been able to find what functions the other tags are involved in.

The only thing the help on the app explains is the differences between each automated function in the menu.

Upgrade + Keep + Archive -> Lock

Infuse + Junk -> Unlock

Upgrade mode will involve just Upgrade and Infuse matched pairs.

Shard mode will only involve Junk.

Once you sort all that out, you'll be tempted to ask "What's the difference between Keep and Archive?" The answer: Nothing!

Archive exists b/c I wanted D2Checklists tags to stay in sync with DIM (despite D2Checklist having a significantly smaller user base than DIM, analytics show that it's a very popular tool for mass tagging via DIM Sync).

Personally I find archive handy as a second bucket for doing things like setting aside guns where no god-rolls have yet been released.
