Thank you for the awesome work!! I was wondering if the SQuAD-trained checkpoint would be the same as https://huggingface.co/dmis-lab/biobert-large-cased-v1.1-squad ?

Hello!
Thank you so much for your interest in our work!

No that checkpoint is trained with standard "start-end" span prediction task, so it will not work with this code.
You need to train a model with SQuAD from BioBERT using this codebase.
