How should we set up a tracking server? By developing another http server using JAVA, NODE, PYTHON, PHP?

try go. you could also probably integrate opix with knative pretty easily.

Actually it's up to you. It seems this is not an issue related to the openpixel itself.
But anyway, it would be great to have an example server implementation (maybe in Node.js).
