Which browser are you using, and what is the name of the file you uploaded?

What exactly are you seeing - can you edit the load-out on the site, but the game is ignoring it, or are you unable to even get that far.

I've had some reports that people running their browsers in admin-mode may not be able to drag-and-drop, but running their browser as their normal user works.
