The PES Buzz app currently has a bottom navigation bar that contains various children widgets. To improve user experience and content accessibility, we want to add "Pull to Refresh" functionality and scrolling capabilities to all the children widgets within the bottom bar. This will allow users to update the content and scroll through the widgets for better interaction.

Tasks:

• Implement "Pull to Refresh" functionality for all children widgets in the bottom bar.
• Enable scrolling for widgets within the bottom navigation bar.
• Ensure that both features work seamlessly for a better user experience.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can initiate a "Pull to Refresh" action within any widget on the bottom bar.
• All children widgets in the bottom bar can be scrolled to access content.
• The "Pull to Refresh" and scrolling features provide improved interaction and content accessibility.
