Infinite error loop on startup

If you try to startup Koala and the config file specifies a for which the directory doesn't exist, and infinite error loop results. It prints "error may not return" over and over. Probably happens for all errors during configuration. Is not affected by config setting.

Likely to happen to first-time users.
