Not Subscribed Error

Hello there, I have been having a slight issue with RealTime. Whenever I try to load the mod it gives me a warning error saying RealTime cannot run without me subscribing to it first in the workshop. The Mod is however installed in the workshop, Yet it keeps on telling me its not, I have re-installed it, unsubscribed to it and resubbed, and even re-installed city skylines. It doesn't appear to be working though as it still gives the same message. I've checked my game directory files to see if its there... and well, I don't exactly know what number its labeled as, to see if its even there so that didn't help much. Upon further exploration it seems that the mod isn't even loading into the game menu. If you could please give me a fix to deal with this or just an update, anything really to help deal with a problem. It would be amazing though to have the problem fully fixed, thank you very much
