Crimewave issue hurting population and residential area #299

In one of my game saves I have a sudden crime spree happening as soon as it turns to 6am on Tuesday. Before that there's no issue but when the crime wave happens even with good traffic flow and police around the residential houses continue to show having a crime issue. I have a ton of mods and all of them have been updated and are compatible. Even when I remove the mod and load a saved game the crime issue continues.
