Spike remote dev: vscode-ext + config format

Spike a vscode extension for remote dev. Part of #1961

current work is in https://github.com/jkubeio/kport and https://github.com/jkubeio/vscode-kport
Proposal for next steps:

• [quarkus-kport] Clean up the native compilation mode and create a quarkus extension for sshd kport#1
• [ALL] Rename the project jkube-transporter to kport and move it to jkubeio organization kport#2
• [ALL] Vidéo demo presentation of the project:

  • part 2: kubectl kport plugin
  • part 3: VSCode kport extension and IDE server
• L- [core] Move Quarkus extensions (SSHD, bouncycastle) to quarkiverse kport#3
