1. Receive PR
2. Reach out Github bot to get settings
3. Get data for each test specified by settings of the Github app
4. Process the data
5. Build report
6. Send comment to Github PR with summary of report and link to report
   • Use PR name as report file name?
   • Output report as PDF?
7. Check settings of Github bot for what constitutes a failed check and pass or fail the check accordingly
8. Send message from Slackbot to Slack channel in Github bot settings if check failed
