Describe the bug
When importing, multiple clicks on the import button import transaction multiple times.

To Reproduce

Import transactions
Click the "Import" button multiple times (be quick before it goes to the next transaction)
Load the transaction list
See that a single transaction has been imported multiple times

Expected behavior
Import button can only be clicked once and becomes inactive.
It only becomes active again if the import fails.
