Add a new page that shows more information on an envelope in a specific month.
This includes:

more explicit way to set the allocated amount (Change allocations *by* a certain amount #607)
allocation recommendation (Recommended allocation minimum #652)
- savings goal (Manage saving goals #653)
- recurring transactions (Recurring transactions #320)
overspend handling (Enable setting of overspend handling #526)
