Hello, I have been studying your paper and the code. I am not sure where the function matrixCor2 is being called. I am not sure what is meant by "one outer product is NOT time-consuming" and "'inner' product is time-consuming". (I think asymptotically they are similar, but there is code in R that makes outer product more efficient than inner product?) For the outer-product A^2, I think that is equivalent to AA^T.
Thanks,
Sandra
