5mC in GATC motif

Hi,

Thanks for your tool! I tested it and I obtain weird thing, in particular on GATC motif : All scores is null except 5mC (value 100) with a +3 offset. I know that my guppy version are different (6.3.9 and 6.5.7) between my samples but do you think it could be explain this "bug" ?
It seems ok for the motif CCWGG, 5mC with +1 offset and 91 value.
