Could we get the time of the last update?

I know you include the date, but is it possible to add a time property to the JSON with some kind of timestamp of the last update?

I want to be able to put a "exchange rate last updated" note, but without a time I can't even display a date in the user's timezone.

When can the API generally return the latest exchange rate for the day? I am currently in the GMT+8 time zone, and the latest API still returns data for March 21.
