urllib2是一种古老的产物，现在可以看成一种“邪恶的化身”，我觉得最好使用urllib3,或者requests作为例子，减少误导新手的可能，节约pythoner的时间。

Currently all of the contents are targeted for Python 2.x, and we are talking about how to do things with Python here, if anyone want to know how to do something with STL, this is for them.
