Hello, I met this issue during running BadiRate, here is the command:
perl ~/Downloads/tools/badirate/BadiRate.pl -treefile gtdbtk.unrooted.tree -sizefile Orthogroups.GeneCount.tsv -anc -bmodel FR -rmodel BDI -ep CWP > output.bd

Could you help me look at this issue?

Do you have any trifurcation in the tree, or any branch with length 0?
