Encoding Compatibility Error

Hi there,

I am using this plugin but recently I am facing one issue - 2023-11-06 06:56:30 +0000 [warn]: #0 dump an error event: error_class=Encoding::CompatibilityError error="incompatible character encodings: UTF-8 and ASCII-8BIT" location="/fluentd/vendor/bundle/ruby/2.7.0/gems/fluent-plugin-concat-2.5.0/lib/fluent/plugin/filter_concat.rb:384:in join, I am not able to understand what I am missing out here, can anyone help?

And line #384 tells about separator config, here is the config which I am using -
