v0.1.0 Project Init

This is the initial release of the product. Simply follow our JSON template, using the TS files under /src/utils/smythdb-core/ as a guide on how everything should be structured.

This isn't designed to replace DB Docs, but we're not opposed to the challenge. This is simply a basic tool that follows DB Docs, in a self-hosted manner. Which isn't available with DB Docs.
