[Possible Bug] Site's UI is glitching & No longer allows to download presets

Sorry to be a bother, but recently I've been having an issue with the website. While loading, the page now shows the UI that I'm used to for about a second, but then immediately switches to the editor, no longer offering an option of quick preset download (such as W/B, B/W, W/T, etc.). It feels like a glitch of some sort, so I just want to clarify here if it's the intended behaviour or not.
