Info on which games are Physical or Digital only

Is there a way to mark owned or missing games as DIGITAL or PHYSICAL (cartridge) ?

I get that some games may have the same ID regardless of being a digital or physical release (some have different IDs) but I'd really like to know what games are available physical or if they are digital only.
Looking at the eShop it has a 'buy digital' & 'buy physical' buttons for games that are available both digital and physical so I guess you could pull that info from the eShop.

Just found this list of Switch games here https://switchbrew.org/wiki/Title_list/Games
I don't know how or where they got their data from but this list says if the game is available Digital or via Cartridge, albeit it's missing more recent games.
