For some reason since from what appears a few months back SLM is no longer reporting missing updates related to DLCs.
Seems that atm DLC updates are only properly listed on cnmts.json at titledb, not sure if something changed over there or is it because nintendo's recent changes to their site.

As discussed here https://github.com/blawar/titledb/issues/16 seems like blawar's titledb versions.txt isn't showing all DLC updates even for games that it used to. They have vanished.
If that is the file that SLM grabs its info from than I guess it's missing lots of stuff... perhaps SLM can grab cnmts.json instead which appears to list the missing DLC updates.
I dunno when blawar will fix this if ever... it's been almost 2 months since I mentioned it to him.
As discussed on the linked thread above blawar has temporarily fixed the issue with the files that SLM grabs at startup BUT he says that those files have been deprecated for a long time and SLM should adopt the new files standard that titledb is using now to avoid any further problems.
