excessive usage of ram while running paperview in arch linux with i3-wm

i am running i3-wm and using paperview for live wallpaper . on internet i find mp4 files for live wallpaper and converted it via online converter the bmp folder is about 300mb . and added paperview in my i3 confic exec_always paperview ....... . when i restart the WM the ram usage goes upto 60 percent i have 24 gigs of ram and it is working fine . i also tried to run your random live wallpaper script and it is running fine on ram but increases the cpu usage upto 36percent i am using i5 12400 processor. i tried ffmpeg to convert the mp4 file to bmp but same problem . is there something wrong doing on my side
