Проверить соответсвие ЕКД в формуле на строке 113 (https://github.com/gnss-lab/tec-suite/blob/master/tecs/sat/gps.py)

rk = a0 * (1 + e0 * cos(ek)) + crc * cos(2 * u0k) + crs * sin(2 * u0k)

Должен быть (1 - e0 * cos(ek))
