native metrics endpoints in BBB 2.4

There is an initial metrics implementation in BigBlueButton 2.4.

Are there plans to integrate those metrics into the dashboard?

As there seems to be interest in metrics do you consider adding the functionality of the exporter into BBB itself?

I just looked over the PR and some of the code from the commit. It appears in its current form that there are just a couple of Meteor internal metrics for the frontend. I'm not familiar with Meteor but I cannot see how these are useful in its current form to a BBB sysadmin. But I am open to a discussion if the proper arguments are made.

For those of you who are curious and wish to integrate this into your monitoring systems, follow the instructions in the PR and add it to your Prometheus config, so it gets scraped (make sure you allow your Prometheus instance to access the route in the Nginx config!).

There are no backend metrics, but if they do get added, I will certainty take a look and decide how to integrate/merge/config them with the current stack.
