The GPT does not automatically recognize that it takes two column to make a unique row. It assumes that sample_id is unique for each row of the data. This is not the case, there are more rows than unique sample_id values.

Instructions have been passed to GPT. But it struggles to apply the instructions directly. It must be reminded

The self error checking methods have been updated. However the structure of the page in the repo (checking the assistant) needs to be reformatted to make it easier for the GPT to read.
