Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when there are no BookMyVaccine slots, but a walk-in/drive thru location is available and i can't see it on the calendar.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add Healthpoint locations to the calendar

Additional context
Would require parsing opening hours, so tangentially helps solve #139
