The Privacy Policy of Hedges Chatter is simple!
In their roots they build up on the Discord Privacy Policy because it uses its Platform and its restrictions.

On top of that:
§ 1. Hedges Chatter does NOT save any Messages in any database or file in any way.
§ 2. Hedges Chatter broadcasts the message ( with the attachments ) to all of the connected guilds with the correct Topic!
§ 3. The Bot dont need Permissions globally, it only needs the given permissions in the synced chat.
§ 4. The Bot shouldnt be used for any kind of sharing of sensitive or private data (Passwords, Email, Contact details)
§ 5. Use of Information: The data we collect is used only to improve the performance of the bot, and no other use is made of it. For Security Reasons we scan every link for phishing. We do that over external APIs ( https://urlhaus-api.abuse.ch/, https://phish.sinking.yachts/ and https://api.fishfish.gg)
§ 6. Sharing of Information: We do not share any personal information with third parties, unless required by law or with your express consent.
§ 7. Security of Information: We take the security of your personal information seriously and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
§ 8. Children's Privacy: Hedges Chatter is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and neither is discord. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a user is found out to be underage, we will promply delete all data we may have collected, and blacklist them from further use of the bot.
§ 9. Changing of Policy: We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. Your continued use of Hedges Chatter following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean you accept those changes.
The Data that is used by the Bot is when he sends a message(NOT SAVED IN A DATABASE): \
Message Contents, Authors (Nick)Name, Authors Avatar, Authors UserID, File Attachements, Stickers, Emojis, Timestamp, the Guild (Id, Avatar, Name, Invite[Depending on the Config])
The Data that is save in a secure Database:
On setting a Chat up(saved in a secure DB):UserID, ChannelID, Topic, last Message Timestamp, GuildID
On changing a Setting(saved in a secure DB):The given Settingsname, the choosen value\
