[web/server] 希望书仓能够按修改日期排序 #532

目前书仓是按照书名排序，希望能增加一个选项改成按修改日期的降序排序，对比较大的本地书仓这样能够更加快速的添加书籍到书架内。感谢！

@hectorqin 感谢大佬更新！
目前每次点开书仓还是需要手动点击两次“修改日期”才能切换为降序。
请问能否支持将上次的排序方式保存到cookie，或者直接走环境变量来配置默认的排序方式？
