Steps to reproduce

• Open the Simple Voice Chat config screen via Mod Menu (With Cloth Config installed)
• Open the Other menu
• Infinite blur

Expected behavior

• There to only be 1 layer of blur

A solution I can think of is to layer the dirt background behind it when outside of a world, so that resizing the window also doesn't break the background
